Requesters
If you post a request on Rivl, you are looking for introductions to independent providers who may respond with options. Rivl does not guarantee availability, pricing, property condition, legal title, or suitability of any listing or offer.
You are responsible for your own due diligence, viewings, contracts, and payments. Any agreement you enter is directly between you and the provider — not with Rivl.
Providers
If you join Rivl as an agent, seller, or other provider, you operate as an independent business. Rivl does not employ you, control your listings, set your commissions, or act as your broker or principal.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you share, your licensing and regulatory compliance, and your dealings with requesters. Rivl may charge fees for introductions or platform access as described at the time of use.

- Respond honestly and only with options you can actually deliver.
- Do not misrepresent properties, prices, or your authority to transact.
No agency or fiduciary relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between Rivl and any user. Rivl does not negotiate leases or sales on your behalf, hold deposits, inspect properties, or provide legal, financial, or property advice.
Third-party content and links
Rivl may surface or link to listings, profiles, or content from third parties (for example, external marketplaces). Those sources are independent of Rivl. We do not endorse third-party listings and are not responsible for their accuracy or conduct.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including posting false requests, spam, fraudulent listings, harassment, or attempts to circumvent Rivl's matching or fee systems. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivl disclaims warranties regarding matches, outcomes, or uninterrupted service. Rivl is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions or transactions between requesters and providers.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rivl after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
