Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

Rivl is a Request Exchange for introductions (currently focused on rental housing in Ghana). We are not an online store, warehouse, or fulfilment centre.
No physical shipping
Rivl does not sell inventory, hold stock, package goods, or arrange courier delivery. There is no shipping of products from Rivl to customers.
If Rivl later launches additional categories (for example, services or goods-related requests), fulfilment remains between the requester and the independent provider unless we publish a different category-specific policy.
What Rivl delivers
Rivl’s service is matching and introductions:
- Requesters submit what they need.
- Rivl reviews/qualifies the request.
- Verified providers compete with suitable options.
- Rivl confirms availability for a recommended match where applicable.
- The requester connects with the provider (typically via phone or WhatsApp) to continue offline.
Provider fulfilment (offline)
Viewings, property access, lease negotiations, handovers, and any physical delivery related to a provider’s own business are handled by the independent provider — not by RIVL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Rivl does not control provider logistics or schedules.
Timelines
Matching timelines depend on request complexity, area demand, budget realism, and provider responsiveness. Rivl does not guarantee a match within a fixed number of hours. Where a Search Commitment applies, refund rules are described in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
