Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

Rivl Homes is a mobile app for adding the home you live in, setting what you want next, and connecting when a matching home is about to open. We are not an online store, warehouse, or fulfilment centre.
No physical shipping
Rivl does not sell inventory, hold stock, package goods, or arrange courier delivery. There is no shipping of products from Rivl to customers.
What Rivl delivers
Rivl Homes is software. What we deliver is access to the app:
- You add the home you live in (My Home).
- You set what you want next (Next Home).
- Find shows matching homes that are about to open — before they are publicly listed.
- You connect with the person leaving and move in. That home continues with you.
What happens offline
Viewings, property access, lease negotiations, handovers, rent, and deposits are between you and the other party — not RIVL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Rivl does not control those logistics or schedules.
